You wanna guess the color of *check’s notes* Nat Wolff‘s underwear?
Yesterday, gossip site Deuxmoi shared photos of Billie, 23, and the 30-year-old Jewish actor kissing on a balcony in Venice. The photos also show the pair sharing flutes of wine (maybe champagne?) and taking photos together. However, despite publications like People, Cosmo, The Cut and more reporting the pretty romantic photos, as of yet, neither Billie or Nat’s teams have responded for comment. Still, per Deuxmoi, the photos come about a year after the site reported from anonymous sources that Billie and Nat were “100% dating.”
If the rumors are true, this would mark yet high-profile interfaith celebrity relationship. Though Billie is not Jewish, nor identifies with any religion at all, Nat Wolff grew up in an interfaith household with a Jewish father and a Christian mother. In 2006, Nat’s father, jazz musician Michael Wolff, said that his family was “culturally Jewish,” celebrating Hanukkah and Passover.
It seems that Nat and his brother Alex first encountered Billie at an Oscars party in 2023. Since then, the trio have become fast friends, attending Coachella together in 2024. The Wolff brothers also opened for Billie’s Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour in the fall of that year. According to Alex Wolff, a shared health condition was part of the reason their friendship grew. “Billie and me and my brother, we all have Tourette’s,” Alex explained to Variety in October 2024. “And I think we all have bonded over that.”
However, it seems Nat and Billie defined their own separate friendship in that time, too. In June 2024, he appeared in Billie’s music video “CHIHIRO.” And in October 2024, Nat shared his love for Billie in a Vogue profile, where the Oscar and Grammy Award-winning singer called the Wolff brothers some of her “best friends in the world.” “She’s one of those people where almost everything she does, she does better than everyone else,” Nat raved. “She’s like, ‘Come see me ride my horse,’ and the teacher says, ‘You know, if she put all her energy into it, she could go to the Olympics.”
He added, “You just have to kind of submit to the fact that she’s going to be better than everyone else at everything.”
The dating rumors first took off in March 2025, when Billie and Nat were spotted leaving the iHeartRadio Music Awards together. At the time, an anonymous source told Page Six they were just friends. But with these new photos it seems like that might not be the case anymore. Though, let’s be real — who amongst us hasn’t kissed a friend once or twice? Who amongst us hasn’t had a situationship? Who amongst us hasn’t started a summer fling in Venice with an acclaimed actor or musician that was caught by the paparazzi and there’s a potentially questionable age gap in play?
OK, maybe not that last one, but the point still stands.
So, all that to say, we cannot confirm or deny whether the two are officially dating. And, personally, I think that’s fine. L’chaim!
